Job Desctiption :

• Provide and complete all infction control procedures
• Clean and Sterilize instruments
• Follow all directions from supervisors
• Help other coworkers
• Communicate effectively with all staff members and managers
• Work with different types of sterilizers
• Abide by all HIPPA regulations
• Ensure all patient information is protected at all times
• Meets all Joint Commission Standards and Guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Completion of a CNA program
• Current and unrestricted state license as a CNA
• Minimum of one (1) year experience as a CAN
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in Sterile Supply
• Current Basic Life Support Certification from the AHA
• Must be able to life up to 50 lbs
• Immunization Record including:
• TDAP
• HEP B
• MMR
• Varicella
• Current Flu
• PPD
