Claims Representative

Our client designs, manufacture, and market products used primarily by musculoskeletal medical specialists in both surgical and non-surgical therapy.

Job Duties:

Review orders, summarize medical portion of the file and verify eligibility and benefits.

Obtain chart notes from reps/ thru doctors and contact payers to obtain pre- authorization.

Verify secondary pre authorization through documentation links if any.

Medicare- call automated system for eligibility check.

Finalize the case and allow the application of the product on the patient.

Required skills:

High School diploma or equivalent

Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, internet skills, navigate through multi systems)

Strong analytical and critical thinking

Good communication skills

Customer service skills

Detailed oriented
