Civil Project Manager

As a Civil Project Manager you will be responsible for the management, planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel. We are looking for candidates with a high capacity of self-motivation and ability to apply engineering knowledge to a variety of projects. If you excel at developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff, we would love to have you on our team.

Primary Duties

Technical analysis and documentation

Managing preliminary and final design and construction phase services for municipal projects

Public outreach, marketing and client communication

Management of budget and schedule

Management of other staff members and subconsultants

Requirements

B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university

Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of North Dakota

Minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including municipal infrastructure

Proven experience in proactive and reactive marketing and project management experience working directly with municipal clients
