Channel Account Manager

We’re focused on enabling developers to find and fix open source vulnerabilities as they develop, and to help security and governance teams understand their status and drive improvement. Our product integrates seamlessly into typical development workflows, and the large organizations that we have on board love us. We want to make security part of business as usual for software developers.

The Snyk Channel Account Manager is responsible for strategy, enablement, development, and performance of the Channel partners in their region. Your success in the role will rely on understanding Snyk’s sales segmentation and aligning the partners to the Snyk sales teams. You will be working within all levels of large partner organizations and have a thorough understanding of Snyk’s solutions and the business value to partners and customers.


The Role:

  • Develop and manage the relationships with key regional and growth partners
  • Work with inbound partner requests to identify the right partner candidates
  • Develop and execute annual business plans covering all aspects of the partner relationship
  • Work with the Snyk Finance, Sales, and Legal team on contracts
  • Engage and equip Snyk’s regional sales teams in pursuit of joint business
  • Managing channel conflict and internal escalations
  • Lead business performance and relationship reviews with stakeholders at focus partners
  • Ideal Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Security and Cloud Industry
  • Minimum of three (3) or more years of Channel Sales experience
  • Excellent presentation, written, and overall communication skills
  • Program management ability, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Demonstrates track record of solution selling and value-based selling techniques
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time to attend partner activities and events when travel safely resumes
  • High-energy salesperson who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
