Cashier Smashburger

Smashburger in the Boise Airport is looking for cashier for all positions to take on a leadership role. This cashier position is full time WITH BENEFITS, vacation, sick and personal leave, and competitive wage. On site is paid 4 days, hands on training course for food/cashier training. If you are looking for a fast pace, fun, upbeat environment this position would be perfect for you. Opening hour shift is 4:00am-12:00pm. Mid shift 11:00am-7:00pm. Closing shift 1:00pm-10:00pm

Smashburger Cashier. Under the direction of the Lead/Supervisor, takes orders and serves guests in accordance with the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to GuestPath’s Universal Service Standards
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately count change and balance bank
• Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and receive orders.
• Ability to work effectively with others
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift
• Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
• Ability to perform normal lifting, push, or pull of stock, up to 50 pounds.

Environmental Working Conditions:

• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on season
• May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $8.00 to $9.00 /hour

Experience:

• Cash Handling: 1 year (Required)
