Camp Counselor/Resident Adviser Wanted!

FLS International, a leader in English as a Second Language programs, seeks Resident Advisors (RAs) for Summer 2017 programs on the California State University – Fullerton (CSUF) campus. RAs will work with international students.

Responsibilities of the Resident Advisor include (but are not limited to):

• Supervising campus housing operations and residing in campus housing facility shared with program participants
• Supervising and accompanying students on program activities
• Supervising student behavior, enforcing curfews and quiet times and overseeing meal times
• Helping prepare for student activities and intakes.

Residence Advisors are hired for a specified length of time to provide support for a specific student group or groups. When the RA is hired, the length of time for employment will be specified as best as possible. RAs are expected to be available during regular hours of camp operation.

Minimum Job Qualifications

• Must have completed 2 years of college
• Must have at least one year experience in customer service, residence life, working with young people, travel and tourism or a related field.

• Job location is Fullerton, CA
• Compensation: $450/week PLUS room and board in a student residence on the CSUF campus
