Training Starts June 22nd!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are located at: 3700 Fishinger Boulevard Hilliard, Ohio 43026

You must be available to work between the hours of 7:00 A.M and Midnight in order to be considered. Some weekend availability is required.

Job Requirements:
Comfortable using PC platforms, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office

Ability to type 25 wpm or greater

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem solving skills

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Attention to detail

Results oriented

Flexible team player with ability to execute duties efficiently and error-free

Reliable and conscientious

Good organizational skills and work habits

Skilled in time management and multi-tasking

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shifts

Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes

High school diploma/GED certificate – higher education a plus

A minimum of 6 months in a customer service environment or call center

Required education:
High school or equivalent
