Call Center Telesales Agent

Overview

Employment Type: Part-time/29 hours a week.
PAY: Top earning part-time agents earn up to 45k (base + commission)
Advancement: Performance-based full-time opportunities with benefits after 6 months
LOCATION: Buckhead (MARTA accessible)

This is not your average call center! We are a customer acquisition call center working together with media operations to optimize digital and call center performance in our dog-friendly Buckhead office! Gift cards, catered lunches, and other non-cash incentives offered.

We will provide you outstanding, on-the-job training, work in a culture that encourages creativity, and experience success as part of our professional Telesales and Cost Per Acquisition team.

Business hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 9:00pm. Shifts will be 7 hours and include a 1-hour lunch break

For the right candidate, this position will become permanent at some point upon great job performance, telephone/customer service skills, punctuality, trainability and reliability.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls previously generated through internet leads (no cold calling!)
Promote the benefits, coverage and terms of products to potential customers before closing
Maximize opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services
Consistently reach and/or exceed monthly sales goals and company objectives
Maintain accurate knowledge of products through continued market research
Uphold company core values

Qualifications

Proven track record of success in phone sales
Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette

– Must be able to work between the hours of 8 AM- 9 PM

History of punctuality and great attendance
Competitive spirit with a goal-centered approach
Experience working well independently within a collaborative environment
