Customer Service/ Sales position in our Miami, FL Call Center!

• Compensation- Base Pay + Commission with total earnings of up to $19.00/hr. or more based on performance

The Telephone Sales Advisor is responsible for handling telephone calls from internal and external customers and attempts to sell Protection Agreements products that the customer either already owns or has recently purchased. Also answers questions from existing or prior Protection Agreement customers and must be able to handle complex customer issues on a reoccurring basis.

***Our ideal candidate must have minimum 6 months Sales, Retention, or Collections experience face to face OR in Call Center Setting**
