Call Center Representative – Work From Home (full time 30 or 40 hours)

We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity to help people on their path to better health, as a full time Call Center Representative for our Orlando based office. You will be providing customer service to patients, supporting clinicians and caregivers to help enhance patient experiences and outcomes.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be impacting patients lives by consulting our members on their prescription refills, providing order status, verifying insurance coverage and assisting with technical account challenges. Our focus is providing excellent customer service with empathy while resolving the patient’s issue on the first call.

Paid training schedule is 3 weeks at 40 hours Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m on site. During training, steady shifts will be assigned. Candidates must have the flexibility to be available to work five 8 hours days and must have the ability to work any schedule. 3 10 hour days schedules are also available after training. Our hours of operation are 7 days a week, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. During our busiest season in January through March, we have our greatest need for overtime.
