Call Center Representative – St Petersburg

Safe Streets USA is the #1 ADT authorized dealer in the Country and we are growing our sales team! We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join our team in our Saint Petersburg center. You Can:

• Outbound calling existing customers. No cold calling!
• Execute the sales process with precision to ensure the highest conversion of new customers
• Offer quality products and services from trusted brands to consumers over the phone
• Cultivate sustainable relationships with our customers
• Exceed our customer’s expectations by listening and providing accurate information to fulfill their needs
• Uphold and demonstrate our company core values, tenets, and commitments

Must Haves:

• Customer Service experience
• Able to work Monday – Friday 12p – 8p
• Strong written communication and people skills
• Skillful with multi-tasking
• Good personality, persuasive communicator, and positive outlook
• High School diploma or equivalent
