Call Center Patient Care Representative

Essen Medical Associates, a growing multispecialty medical group located in the Bronx NY area is hiring in call center. The Essen Call Center team is comprised of a dedicated group with the goal of providing the best patient care to our patients, assisting them over the telephone The position is Monday – Friday with daytime hours and pay starts at 12.00 per hour and up based on experience ( Must speak fluent Spanish )

Answer calls from patients and assist them as needed with things such as medication refills, new patients, and rescheduling and medical clearance issues
 Follow up
 Schedule new annual appointments
 Referrals
 Clerical duties such as scanning, mail sorting and billing patients

Qualifications
High school diploma
One or more years in a customer service role in healthcare, call center, banking
Strong fluency, Spanish speaking
Interest in patient care
Strong customer service skills
