Call Center Customer Service Representative

We are a rapidly growing pain management office with currently two locations in Manhattan . Help us make the magic happen behind the scenes! We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative with an upbeat personality to provide friendly customer via phone and email. To succeed in this role, you will need a polished set of communication skills, including exceptional attention-to-detail, a pleasant phone demeanor and professional email etiquette. As a team member you will need to not only thrive, but add to the positive company culture to provide a warm and welcoming environment for both our patients and team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: – Handle a heavy volume of telephone calls from potential patients.- Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments for patients.- Answer patient questions regarding programs offered in our office. – Follow company guidelines regarding verbal and written communication with patients. Basic Requirements: – Minimum of one year of full-time (or two or more years of part-time) experience working in a call center or in a customer service position with telephone experience- Must work well independently and also be a team player- Upbeat and professional telephone demeanor- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Trustworthy/ honest- Common sense, takes initiative/self-starter- Must have patience, be caring and understanding- Able to handle difficult situations in a professional/ friendly manner- Accepting of constructive criticism- Excellent listener- Enjoys a fast paced environment – Detailed oriented (accurately booking multiple appointments for the right location, time, dates, etc.)- Legally able to work in the U.S. and possessing proper documentation- Must agree to a criminal background check- MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISHTo apply:
