CAD Designer/ Product Development

Position available for designing and creating mechanical/manufacturing drawings for ADA products for architectural openings

Detail oriented in metal fabricating and Auto Cad design with 1+ years’ experience.

Responsible for creating drawings for customer approval and working with co-workers to design custom products.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of mechanical/manufacturing design.
• Must be able to read mechanical drawings and be able to create from mechanical drawings.
• Use AutoCAD to design and edit mechanical drawings
• Work with co-workers and customers to design mechanical drawing per project
• Assisting coworkers/customers with the new product development
• Good oral and written communication skills; and strong problem solving ability
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail with good organization skills
• Work well in collaboration with others
• Adaptable in tasks as needed
• Hands on experience with projects and product development

Education Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with AutoCAD
• Experience with SolidWorks is a plus

Job Type: 1st Shift

Base Pay: Depending upon experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $18.00 /hour
