Azure/Cloud development expertise, particularly SaaS/PaaS components such as Azure Enterprise Service Bus, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Key Vault, Azure Application Insights, etc. REST based microservices experience NoSQL data base experience (DocumentDB or Mongo) Strong SQL knowledge preferable Healthcare domain knowledge preferable HAVE to be competent in XP technical practices, particularly pair programming, test driven development, and CI/CD
