Job Summary

The Business Systems Support Analyst is responsible for the daily oversight and support associated with end users of SAP and other systems interfacing with SAP. The analyst will work directly with the employee base and external service providers to ensure issues that arise are resolved, communicated and documented.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing end-user support to SAP and related financial systems – maintain system functionality, support business users and troubleshoot with Technical teams.
• Ensure end-users’ roles, permissions and approval hierarchies are maintained in accordance with company policy and the segregation of duties rules.
• Create documentation and update training material for business processes.
• Responsible for partnering with other company teams including Operations, Finance, Accounting and Procurement to enhance and improve the effectiveness of business processes and systems.
• Deliver industry best practices with system applications for business processes.
• Support the Financial Systems Team to ensure that project or initiatives milestones are achieved.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Information Systems.
• Able to complete assigned tasks of varying complexity with minimal supervision. High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• 2-3 years of functional and technical experience with SAP, SAP MM and the Procure to Pay business process.
• SAP GUI and Fiori experience.
• Strong technical aptitude to resolve system and user issues.
• Able to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
• Good at functional and technical documentation.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
