Participate as a team member in the design and development of BI and Analytical reporting for HR, Financials, Procurement and Projects.

This position will:
Participate as a team member in the design and development of BI and Analytical reporting for HR, Financials, Procurement and Projects.

Be both a technical and functional resource on the BI and Analytics team working with the business and other technical team members flushing out requirements, documenting, designing processes and reports, building and testing.

Participate in the design and development of customizations to the ETL (Informatica, OBIEE), Oracle Data Warehouse Administration Console, and RPD to enhance the delivered reports in HR, Financials, Procurement and Projects.

Design and implement additional data warehouse schemas and ETL’s to meet ever growing business reporting needs.

Provide hands on support for Oracle OBIEE, Informatica, Data Warehouse, and other BI and visualization environments.

Design and implement the integration of Custom data sources.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should possess:
Very good working knowledge in one or more the following business areas (HR, Financials, Procurement, Projects)

Very good working knowledge and experience with ETL/Data integration using Informatica, OBIEE or other comparable tool

Very good working knowledge on running process improvement / reporting sessions with end users and creating functional and technical specification documentation

Working knowledge of OBIA, DAC, OBIEE or other comparable tool

Expert Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL skills

Expertise in performance tuning in Pl/SQL and OBIEE

Experience designing and developing ETL strategies

Expert data warehouse design & build experience including star schema and data modeling

Experience with data modeling including presentation, logical, and physical Mapping Data Elements from various data sources

Loading DW objects including dimensions, hierarchies, fact tables, aggregates

Building the Reporting Metadata layer and the Reports

Proven Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence professional

Excellent organizational, communication & documentation skills with high attention to detail

Excellent problem solving/analytical skills with a high level of accuracy

Experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies

Requires a solid foundation with various ERP and HR systems, Oracle relational databases, PL/SQL, and BI tools

Highly Preferred skills:
Experience with upgrading DAC/OBIEE versions

Experience with securing data through IAM and Active Directory

Experience with OBIEE administration in a UNIX/WebLogic environment

Experience with Informatica

Experience configuring OBIEE Session Based and SOA Web Services

Experience integrating a data warehouse with SAAS applications

Experience with Oracle OBIEE, Tableau, or other comparable BI/Visualization tool
