Business Process Consultant (Bi-lingual Korean English)

Job Description

Lead process innovation tasks and coordinate project execution with cross functional departments

Analyze data and monitor business processes for customer service divisions

Identify and provide resolutions/insight for the root causes of business issues

Administer documentation for project planning, specification, and process/system implementation

Develop targets and KPI metrics for tasks and innovation

Utilize data analysis tools in order to analyze and streamline business processes Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

5-10 years experience in Business/Project Management or similar role

Experience with business process design and planning

Knowledge of performace indicating principles, tools, and techniques

Able to facilitate and manage organizational structures

Analytical & Problem solving skills required

Excellent communication skills & team work required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP: SAP, CRM

Six Sigma experience is a plus

Bilingual preferred (Korean-English)
