Business Management Analyst 1

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Sector is seeking a Business Management Analyst 1 to support the division financial reporting manager in the Missile Defense and Protective Systems Division in Herndon, VA.

This position will provide general support to the financial planning and reporting group, with roles and responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:

• Provide support to m
  onthly/quarterly forecasting and reporting activities, with a focus on awards, acquisitions, and backlog
  
• Support the
  Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process
  
• Income statement and balance sheet activities
  
• SOX compliance and reporting
  
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
  

The candidate should be well organized, schedule-driven, and have the ability to multi-task while meeting tight deadlines. The successful candidate should have strong analytical skills to support variance reporting. This position also requires excellent communication skills, as interaction with senior Division, Sector, and BU/OU finance leadership teams as well as other support staff functions is necessary.
