Job Summary:
This role serves as a partner between business teams and IT functions to ensure stakeholder management and alignment to achieve strategic objectives by translating business needs into solutions.

Responsibilities:
The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• supporting the business initiatives from an IT perspective
• analyzing business needs
• advocating standard processes, systems and analytics cross sector
• ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the business solutions

Qualifications:
The role incorporates analyzing complex business problems and IT solutions, must have a strong sense of urgency and have the ability to multi-task multiple SBU / regional level projects at one time. Additionally the function holder must have an affinity / experience with the IT systems, business processes, change management and implementation of best practices.

Education: minimum Bachelor, Master degree preferred – can be either Business Administration with a minor in Computer Technology, or the other way around.

• A minimum of 3 years (IT) Business Analyst experience with a demonstrated history of success and progression is required
• Good knowledge of Process Modeling and Analysis, Project Management, Business case development, Problem solving techniques
• Ability to influence without authority
• Strong analytical capability, especially as it pertains to business processes
• Results driven attitude
• Business acumen
• Up to 25% travel
