Business Analyst / Business Process Consultant Oracle ERP

"Must be having hands on Oracle HCM US / CANADA legislations – modules like Global or Core HRMS, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Interfacing etc Great if the resource knows HCM Cloud and or certified Good to have if worked in Onshore Offshore delivery model.

Would Handle project meetings, weekly status meetings and participate in steering committee meetings with business users and customer counter parts.

Good interpersonal, client fronting, verbal & written communications.
