• Provides consultation and guidance to the various lines of business on BSA/AML matters related to Foreign/International customers including legal entity structures
• Assists management with the maintenance and institution of policies and procedures for Intl/Foreign customers.
• Maintains or generates reports and metrics associated with Intl activities
• Assists with training of new employees and conduct refresher for current employees as needed
• Stays abreast of changes in Intl regulations or policies and communicates these accordingly
• Assists with the analysis of International customer inquiries/cases
• Participates in BSA and/or Enterprise projects as needed
• Prepares presentations for management

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Exposure to International banking activities and/or 3-5 years of Bank Secrecy Act/ Anti-Money Laundering experience
• Technological Savvy-Eagerness / Curiosity from inside about learning newer things in the technological arena
• Strong Analytical abilities and effective organizational skills are a must, must be detail oriented and able to work under pressure to meet multiple deadlines
• Fluent in Spanish
• Must possess strong excel and powerpoint skills, and be fluent in systems
