Brand Manager, Marketing

Lead overall growth strategy along with business line leaders. Lead Demand Planning process and execution for assigned business lines. Deliver actionable market insights and plans for assigned business lines that represent the voice of the customer, competitive landscape, and deliver measurable results to meet business objectives. Work with assigned business lines as a key strategic partner to develop business line growth plans. Champion delivery of the ThedaCare brand in all activity and work, influencing a consistently positive and horizontal brand experience for all customers.

Accountable for leading the development and execution of marketing plans for assigned businesses. Serve as primary resource to stakeholders concerning marketing strategies, tactics, communications and insights pertaining to assigned businesses and initiatives. Serve as an active participant with the senior brand manager, business leadership and cross-functional partners in business planning process. Support system strategic initiatives as needed and required.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required. Masters preferred. 3-5 years of experience required.
