Bookkeeper/Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a self -motivated and responsible Bookkeeper/ Payroll Specialist. This position requires a person with multi-tasking capabilities who is highly organized and has good computer skills. Must have professional phone etiquette and the working knowledge of MS office.

Responsibilities Include:

Payroll for more than 200 employees.
Data Entry.
Maintaining filing systems.
Assist in the preparation of daily reports and spreadsheets using 10 key computers.
Creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets and word documents.

Requirements:

Proficient in MS office: excel, word, notepad, adobe, etc.
Attention to detail, problem solving skills and able to multi-task are a must.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Use of copiers, scanners, 10 key, and printers.
Data entry.
Quickbooks and general accounting knowledge a must.
Restaurant experience a plus.
Computer skills.
Typing 45 wpm.

The right candidate will have at least 3 years bookkeeping experience with knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable. Must be able to think critically, make independent decisions and possess excellent computer skills with knowledge of Excel and Quickbooks excellent customer services skills, a great attitude, and love to be part of a great team and growing company.
