BHT Part Time / On Call Float Staff

Marc Community Resources employees provide quality services to enhance individuals with disabilities live an everyday lifestyle. Services are provided in group homes; apartment living, day programs work related programs and in the community. Behavioral Health Services staff promotes active treatment and a positive environment for individuals as identified in their treatment plan, behavior plan, or vision recovery. All employees are required to adhere to all HIPAA, HITECH and ACA Code of Ethics.

Employees must be ready to work at a moment’s notice while on call.

Sat & Sun Only

Must complete a 2 week training course M-F 8 to 5.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with a serious mental illness or,
• Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with a serious mental illness (degree in behavioral health related field) or
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 1 or more years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with a serious mental illness or
• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health related field (ie. Psychology, family studies, human development, sociology, etc.) Some experience with mental health preferred
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License and a clean 39 month motor vehicle report.

Salary: $15.00 /hour
