Position overview-
We differentiate our Brand from large financial institutions by the special relationships we build between our Bankers and our Clients. What sets our Bankers apart from others is the value we bring in consulting to our clients on their individual financial objectives. Our commitment shows in our

in the pride we take in recognizing our clients, knowing their name, and appreciating their individuality.

It is the goal of our Banking Representatives to provide quality exceptional service to our clients and prospective clients while operating a paying and receiving client window, balancing individual cash drawers and performing a variety of transactions including deposits, cash checks, payments, CTR preparation and client inquiries.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities-

  • Demonstrates ability to initiate conversations to uncover client needs and be capable of effectively referring customers to business partners for the selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services to clients, so that personal and Bank goals are consistently met and /or exceeded.
  • Ability to promote good client relations by consistently providing premiere client satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
  • Demonstrate a developed rapport with the client base, greet by/use name, have knowledge of account ownership, be responsive and timely with requests and problem resolution and display a caring attitude.
  • Ability to maintain personally a balancing record that is in line with policy and have the ability to find and correct outages and to enlist help as needed for more difficult errors.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Bank policies and procedures and take responsibility to keep up to date on any changes.
  • Continuously increase knowledge and skills through self-motivation, formal education, seminars and in-house training.
  • Maintain a well-developed working knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered, taking responsibility to keep up to date and request assistance for further development needs.
  • Demonstrate evidence of ability to communicate via written or verbal format, at a professional level common within a business setting.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with the able to interact well, and in a positive manner, with co-workers and management.
  • Ability to maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all client business confidential.

Minimum Qualifications –

  • Experience with direct customer contact
  • High school diploma/GED

Preferred Qualifications-

  • 2 years Banking Representative/Teller experience
