Work-Fit is seeking a full-time Program Manager, Certified Athletic Trainer for our industrial setting in Miami, FL. The position is located at Miami International Airport servicing all work groups of the American Airlines operations. Injury prevention is the primary focus of service delivery which includes biomechanical coaching at the work site, employee education, and work preparation/conditioning activities. The service package will also include the early intervention of musculoskeletal injuries by delivering the Work-Fit symptom intervention process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicant needs to be a self-starter, being able to work independently without direct supervision
• Demonstrates exceptional ability to engage employees in all services in the industrial setting
• Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, motivator and work well as part of a team
• Needs to be a natural leader, thinking outside of their comfort zone
• Demonstrates organizational skills and time management skills
• Adhere to the standards of practice as outlined in the Work-Fit/client SOP
• Able to focus, organize, and prioritize delivery of services
• Competency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel
• Licensed within the State of Florida as an Athletic Trainer or eligible for FL licensure
• Must have 3-4 years of experience working as an Athletic Trainer with some management experience.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 to $57,000.00 /year
