Associate Sales Operations Specialist

We currently have an opening for an Associate Sales Operations Specialist supporting our North American Kimberly-Clark Home Professional Sales Team. This role is preferred to be located in Roswell, GA or Charlotte, NC but is also open to candidates located on the east coast and mid-west (flexible/remote work location).

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this position will be responsible for providing sales support (administrative and project-based) and working cross-functionally to drive K-C and retailer led initiatives.

Preference will be given to candidates that possess the following qualities:

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Customer-supplied Data, SAP Business Intelligence and Excel reporting to support activities (including but not limited to) – Managing POS Data, Daily Sales Reporting, Capacity Planning Reports, GIP Audits, and SG&A tracking.

  • Support sales fundamentals – includes forecasting, coordinating and attending trade shows, and tracking sales performance through SAP Business Intelligence and Excel reporting.

  • Lead new item setup, digital content updates, verify attributes and product spec accuracy for our internal teams and retail partners.

  • Track spending – includes sales agency commissions, advertising and promotional funds, and budget management.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements, to increase efficiency within the team. Also, enhance our customer relationships by supporting retailer led initiatives.

  • Provide a commitment to quality performance through personal example by adopting a customer-based approach to business support.

  • Demonstrate a source of business knowledge and problem-solving capabilities (leverage insights, identify risks / opportunities, and recommend action-based solutions) supported by analytics and cross-sector collaboration (KCP / KCNA).

  • Provide sales administrative support: includes ordering / tracking samples, supporting customer pricing requests, and preparing product cross-reference sheets.

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

  • A proven track record of high performance.

  • Solid knowledge of PC applications (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

  • SAP experience preferred.

  • This role will require travel and may include weekends for trade shows.

    Global VISA and Relocation Specifications:
    K-C will not provide support for relocation of the chosen candidate for this role, if necessary, relocation will be at the candidate’s own expense. However, K-C will provide assistance and financial support to obtain immigration visas and work authorization for the chosen candidate, if needed.
