Associate Product Manager

We are hiring 2 early career marketers in our US

Peripheral Marketing Team. As an Associate

Product Manager, you will be empowered to use your creativity to help lead the

strategic direction and execution to grow our product portfolios. The Peripheral Vascular market is constantly changing and adding new

products. In this role, you will interact with 19 product lines that

all have a material impact on how patients get treated. You will have the opportunity to work across

our entire product portfolio and help drive revenue

and win in the Peripheral Market!

A Day in the Life

You

will develop portfolio management marketing and promotional plans designed to ensure

a successful response from key customers

and drive the implementation of these plans

with local marketing and sales management.

The

position will work across the full US marketing team to ensure that messages

and strategies fit into the therapy algorithm pushed by the business and driven

by portfolio selling messaging. You will

have a material interaction with our flagship products – Drug Coated Ballon and

Directional Athrectomy

You

meet with customers and field sales partners to develop and execute customer

and sales force strategies and tactics.

You

will identify competitive threats and produce the appropriate collateral to

communicate the value of MDT stent products key competitors.

You

will coordinate with supply chain/manufacturing

to ensure the proper inventory builds via forecasting demand needs. If inventory

issues arise, the Stent PM will put forward strategic recommendations and drive

execution to resolve problems and mitigate risk

Travel up to 20-30% of

the time.

Must Have: Minimum

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree

3+ years’ experience in a

marketing, sales or technical role (1 year with Masters)

Project Management experience

Nice

to Have :
MBA

Product marketing experience in the

medical device or healthcare industry

Technical aptitude, specifically in

Peripheral Vascular and/or the

clinical environment would be ideal.

Sales experience or exposure to

working with a high performing salesforce is very helpful
