Senior Analyst – Oracle Procure to Pay

Position Summary

The Oracle Procure to Pay (P2P) Senior Analyst will be responsible for or participate in the evaluation, design, configuration and the maintenance of Oracle P2P modules at TCF, which include Supplier Management, Supplier Negotiations, Supplier Qualifications, Enterprise Contracts, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Reporting.

This role will assist with leading, manage and govern projects enabling Enterprise Operations (EO) to execute against their enterprise-wide initiatives related to Oracle P2P.

Major Areas of Accountability

Complex Configuration – Create and manage functional documentation requirements to include business requirements, business workflow, system configuration, test plans and scripts, communication plans and training documents. Develop user procedures, guidelines, documentation, and train internal customers on processes/functionality
Business Reporting, Dashboards and Workflow Configuration – Responsible for collecting and documenting business requirements, building and testing requested reports, dashboards and workflows
Process Documentation – Partner with the EO Team to document complex processes for future trainings, troubleshooting and enhancements.
Provide technical consultation, Oracle Cloud modules and recommend and assist in implementing enhancements and new functionality
Provide operational support to functional Subject Matter Experts and end-user population for Oracle P2P applications through troubleshooting, break/fix and training
Act as an internal expert by maintaining strong industry and external Oracle knowledge of applicable trends and impacts
Assist with developing the Support Model for Oracle P2P and ensure it delivers a sustainable and repeatable process for ticket/issue resolution.
Assist with monthly/quarterly oracle patching which consists of assessment, identifying impacted module/functionality, perform regression testing and prepare for production deployment.

Qualifications

Education

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or equivalent work experience

Preferred:

5-8 years of progressive experience in ERP P2P systems
Experience with EPR P2P technologies
Demonstrated strong project management skills
Strong problem solving skills, diagnosis & analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Must be highly service-oriented, always seeking to understand the perspective of the end-user
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Ability to adjust to multiple tasks and demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints
Must be a problem solver, able to provide analysis to understand root causes and always looking for ways to improve systems and processes
Demonstrated experience as a support team member within an ERP P2P space
