Associate Donor Relations Consultant, Cedar Rapids

MVRBC has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Donor Relations Consultant (ADRC) for our Cedar Rapids, Iowa location. We are looking for a committed individual that shares our passion for saving lives and making a difference in the community.

This position will allow you to showcase your marketing and customer service skills, while assisting in building relationships within our community. As an ADRC your day may consist of speaking engagements with community groups, relationship development with an existing sponsor, preparing and distributing blood drive materials, confirming blood drive scheduling, and activities to ensure a successful blood drive. This is an exciting position that gives you creativity and the ability to make a difference!

This is a 30+ position working 30 – 39 hours per week, Monday – Friday 1st shift, w/occasional early mornings, evenings or weekends.

An Associate Degree with studies in business, communications, or marketing is preferred; experience with Microsoft Office is required. Ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills including public and small group speaking.
