Associate Analyst – Global Services Finance

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Associate Analyst position to be based in Raritan, NJ with travel required to New Brunswick NJ one day per week on average,depending on business needs.

Global Services (GS) finance is a shared service center that provides Financial Accounting & Reporting support. In this role, the senior analyst will support World Headquarters (WHQ) operations. They will work closely with Corporate Operations and the leadership team in the coordination, development, and management of financial forecasts and actual reporting for WHQ. The Associate Analyst will:

• Consolidate Corporate P&L for forecast and actual reporting. Assist the P&L Senior with various tasks.
  
• Prepare overview presentations for actuals and forecasts. Create Management Package Binders.
  
• Assist with monthly hedging activities, including the monthly hedging entries and maintaining the hedge rate file and binders.
  
• Complete other close and monthly responsibilities (Suspense Account Clearing, Functional Area Analysis, etc.)
  
• Provide Supplemental Data for BRAVO Submission, Maintain the WHQ Hierarchy and account reconciliations
  
• Consolidate Corporate Headcount (HC) and commentary. Assist the HC/Capital Senior with various tasks related to Headcount, Capital and Domestic Charge-outs.
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferable with a major in Accounting or Finance
• A minimum of 6 months of finance, accounting, business or related internship or co-op experience is required.
• This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, and intellectual curiosity.
• The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• This position is based in Raritan, NJ with travel to New Brunswick once a week on average depending on business needs.
