Assistant to the Administrator/Special Projects

The Assistant to the Administrator provides support to the Administrator and other office staff and has a core of regular duties which include day to day support of the administrator, and financial, operational and quality reports, book keeping and marketing activities. He/She is also responsible for special projects undertaken by the administrator ensuring they are effectively managed. The Assistant will work closely with the Administrator to systematically manage projects while delivering effective and timely results.

Qualifications:

  • Education: College degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of administrative support experience required. Healthcare administrative experience preferred.
  • Additional Skills: Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic, good judgement and maturity. Microsoft Office mastery (Outlook, Excel, Word), Pivot Tables, Macros, WordPress, Marketing, QuickBooks, previous EHR experience.
