• We are looking for a talented, mid level Software Developer that brings solid knowledge of object oriented design and development on a Microsoft .NET platform. In this role, you will be developing, supporting, maintaining, and debugging client related web development projects using our existing tools and methodology. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, resourceful, self-starter capable of getting up to speed quickly and adhering to company standards. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a result-driven, consultant style attitude.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ability to work as part of a team and work closely with external clients, as well as our consulting team to design, build, and test development projects

• Provide technical troubleshooting, configuration and deployment for applications and their underlying infrastructure

• Desire to investigate development issues, resolve problems, and communicate status

• Prioritize internal development activities along with urgent, often unscheduled, development requests with a high level of urgency and responsiveness

• Develop and maintain technical documentation

• Partner with consulting teams to assist in special projects

• Communicate with third-party software vendors for additional suppor

• Assist with estimating development efforts and timelines

• Keep current on development techniques and apply those techniques when analyzing and developing enterprise applications

• Flexible and open-minded attitude as you may be called upon to troubleshoot client issues

• Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables

• Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to Product Manage

• Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirement

• Ability to think abstract; ability to not conform to the norm.

• Willingness to learn and expand skills and repertoire

Examples of Key Projects/Goals

• Development of new end-to-end applications currently being introduced to enterprise systems

• Ensuring that application upgrade requirements are fully developed using best practices in Microsoft .NET

• Implementation of the NUnit unit-testing framework to allow for more robust testing practice

• Participation in development of quality improvement and quality control data collection, analysis and reporting.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relate field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant Developer experience

• 1 yr years of experience developing with ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, CSS, MVC, HTML, and JavaScript

• Experience working within an agile project framework

• Strong knowledge of object oriented development practices

• Solid knowledge of software development and the SDLCPreferred Skills

: * Master’s degree in computer science or relate field

• Experience working with responsive web design
