Apps Development Analyst – (459741)

Position summary

Apps Development Analyst (Job Opening 459741) – The Electronic Data Capture Application Management Analyst (EDC-AMA) is responsible for daily administration and management of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems (e.g., REDCap and Qualtrics) including construction of projects from user specifications and troubleshooting existing projects. Adheres to standard practices to ensure the availability, security and performance of EDC applications. Provides technical assistance and customer support, managing relationships with requestors, creating projects, and correcting issues. Provides technical guidance pertaining to the capabilities, limitations and requirements of EDC applications. Creates and maintains documentation for systems.
Education and experience:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Healthcare, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Public Health. Experience in research environment is highly preferred. Familiarity with REDCap and Excel desired. Ability to learn and apply new technical skills quickly.
