Applications Developer

We are looking for a seasoned Applications Developer to add to our IT team to support our booming company.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Did you get into the IT field because you are passionate about providing solutions to your customers’ technology needs? If so, this is the job for you!

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical specialty, with at least 2-3 years of experience in application development. ERP experience is a must, and in our wildest dreams, candidates would know Syteline, (our system!) We currently use the following languages: PHP, JQUERY, JAVASCRIPT, C#, VbSCRIPT, and VBA, so knowledge in these areas is essential. Experience working in Unix/Linux environments is a plus! Of course, since you are working with customers regularly, you must have strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• By identifying internal training needs by working with end-users

You will PERFORM:

• By documenting applications and application changes to ensure consistency within the department
• By improving company productivity by troubleshooting and fixing end-user Enterprise application problems
• By utilizing technical knowledge to troubleshoot and fix end-user hardware/software problems

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferred Education: Bachelors or better in Information Technology or related field.
• Required Experience: 2-3 years applications development.
