Application Support Specialist

Logos Inc provides leading-edge warehouse logistics software to some of the world’s most successful companies. We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to join our growing professional services team.

In this role you will be supporting our warehouse logistics software applications, providing application, technical and backend infrastructure support to our direct customer base.

Technical Skills:

A basic understanding of:

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software

(any of the following would also be useful)

Databases (ideally Oracle/SQL)

Operating systems (Windows/Unix)

Programming Language (Java)

Personal skills: Excellent social skills, excellent communication skills, well organized and diligent,

strong team player and reliable.

Experience you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Some experience in the supply chain field of ERP software.
• Competence in current Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to create organized and informative reports, as well as comprehensive and accurate documentation.
• A history of working independently without close supervision and demonstrated time management skills.
• Comfortable working directly with end users.

This position will require some travel.

Salary: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
