Duties:
Work on technical implementation like creating all types of mappings in Informatica, writing Unix shell and database scripts, build and maintain job schedules using Control-M, creating the Reports for End Users, mapping functional and business requirements with test case, preparing the Unit test plans and Mapping functional and business requirements with test case and carrying out the unit testing of the ETL code. Analyze and document business requirements, recommend business priorities, advise business on options, risks and costs. Suggest technical solution to minimize user efforts in the existing processes. Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business unit. Design the end to end architecture. Recognize the need for a specific relational design OLTP, OLAP, Data Warehouse from a set of requirements. Translate Business Requirements to Conceptual, Logical and Physical Data Models (ERDs). Create the optimum technical solution to suffice all the business requirements, provide good system performance and maintainability with flexibility to enhance. Identify, recommend and implement emerging Modeling and IT trends, tools and solutions. Analyze impact of proposed solution across the business, develop use cases, functional specification and source to target mappings to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to IT team, and contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews. Provide a focal point for all technical issues and business user queries in the application. Ensure that all components of the technical architecture are properly implemented, tested, delivered in production and supported post migration. Make various pieces of the technical architecture fit together and function successfully in production mode. Ensure that the System performance is optimal and in line with the performance predicted at design time.

Qualifications

Minimum education required:
Bachelor’s

degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field.

Minimum experience required:
5 years of experience in Datawarehousing, Data Analytics, and Business Intelligence Architecture, or related experience.

Skills required:
Must have experience in ETL tools like Informatica. Must have demonstrated knowledge of Reporting tools, including Business Objects, Cognos, Qlikview, Tableau. Must have experience in various databases, including Oracle, Teradata, Sybase IQ. Must have experience in Unix scripting.

Must have demonstrated knowledge of scheduling tools, including Autosys, Control-M, Dollar Universe, Tidal, TWS.

Must have

demonstrated knowledge of Requirement gathering and transforming the requirements in technical documents. Must have experience creating business process models.

Must have demonstrated knowledge of DW/BI concepts and implementation. Must have experience in System/Database Architecture, modelling and designing using tools like Erwin, Magicdraw and Powerdesigner. Must have demonstrated knowledge of Finance domain including Financial Products (Loans and other securities), Ledger, Accounting, Regulatory and External reporting.

Must have experience with Agile Methodologies, including SCRUM and LEAN.

Any amount of experience with the required skills is acceptable
