Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for coding, programming, testing, and analyzing application software.

Supports existing business systems applications. Consults with business analysts to identify business needs and appropriate technical solutions.

Design and document moderately complex technical requirements for business applications. Performs additional job duties as required.

Expert knowledge of one or more development language(s) and tool(s)- either Java or .Net or C/C++ or Mainframe.

Must be able to determine and document complex software or system functional specifications.

Consults with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications. Designs and develops computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on user defined requirements.

Writes code, programs, tests, and analyzes new application software. Negotiates with vendors to determine price and technical functionality. Formulates management policies for user rights and security.

Scope of Job

Works on moderately complex projects with a high breadth of responsibility. Participates in far-reaching research projects, making important decisions. Provides technical coaching to business functions and lower level programmers on moderately complex issues.

Autonomy

Works independently on assigned tasks. Have independent authority to make significant changes to systems and environment. May require some supervision and coaching when interfacing with multiple IT groups and business units.

Java/J2EE Developer

In your role as a Java Developer, you will:
Develop and maintain Java applications that will enable core business functionality

Practice test driven development. Incorporate paired programming

Participate in coding katas that will challenge and grow your skills

Be part of an agile team

Specifically, we need you to have these

minimum skills:
Core Java programming experience (4-5 years)

Experience with JUnit

SOAP/ Restful services

Experience with Spring MVC framework, struts & hibernate

Experience with AngularJS, Bootstrap or other related technologies

Work experience with GIT & Maven

Banking domain or payment industry experience is preferred.

.Net/C# Developer

The candidate must have a minimum of 3 or more years’ experience with Systems Analysis, Design, and Development, with an expert level knowledge of all aspects of the software development life cycle. You will be responsible, along with the rest of your team, for testing, documenting, and providing technical support for your own work.

Design, develop, and debug ASP.NET Web services & APIs, Intuitive web interfaces, database schemas and queries

Collaborate with product managers, analyze real-world requirements, create functional domain models and technical solutions

Provide functional spec to QA team

Skills:
BS or MS in computer science or related field and at least 3 Years of experience

Strong knowledge of ASP.NET framework

Proficiency front-end experience in Web (JS, JQuery, HTML, CSS)

Good knowledge on MS SQL server. Working knowledge of security coding standards.

Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.

Knowledge of RESTful web services, SSO, and AngularJS will be an asset

Knowledge of GIT, JIRA and Jenkins

Excellent communication skills

C/C++ Developer

This Developer will be responsible for coding, testing, and analyzing application software; support existing business systems applications; consult with all levels of application developers to identify business needs and appropriate technical solutions; support the designing and documentation of technical requirements for business applications.

Mainframe (COBOL & DB2)

As a Mainframe Application Developer, you will provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs by developing applications within mature technology environments, Maintenance, and providing 24×7 support if necessary for production engagement.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mainframe Application Developer to join our team. You will utilize Mainframe tools: COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, CA-Endevor, CA-Easytrieve and CA-7 and adhere to coding/testing standards and procedures. You will document and lead design reviews, provide input to the design recommendations; and provide input to information/data flow, and comply with Project Life Cycle (SDLC) Methodology in all planning steps.

Skills:
Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive experience in Information Technology with experience with mainframe based applications built with COBOL, CICS, JCL, CA7 and CHANGEMAN

Minimum of 3+ years experience with mainframe based applications built with IMS, DB2 and VSAM

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent relevant experience in mainframe programming

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Batch and online system with credit card or financial systems with high throughput and quick response times is preferred.

Functional experience with change management, implementation planning and release management

Experience in code management and versioning methodologies with experience with a leading code management

Financial industry experience and credit card or payment systems experience in large scale/high volume industry is preferred
