Responsibilities

  • Design innovative high quality platform solutions that serve multiple projects, clients and industries.
  • Lead design and development activities for microservices based systems/platforms and ensure quality, consistency and alignment with business needs.
  • Anticipate and identify requirements across projects and develop solutions in conjunction with RA’s lines of business.
  • Lead and coach a team of developers.
  • Provide technical and thought leadership, lead technical initiatives, solicit participation from junior resources and manage those resources during assignments.
  • Own meeting objectives of project/product plan including design, development, and implementation activities.
  • Provide estimates for project work including time estimation, resource allocation and balancing.

    • Required:

  • Solid development experience over 10 years.
  • Expert in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices.
  • Solid working experience with GCP or AWS.
  • Practice “clean code” principles.
  • Excel in a diverse and highly collaborative team environment.
