The Local Application Administrator will report to the IT Manager and be responsible for upgrading and supporting two instances of Sage 100 ERP along with several applications integrated with Sage 100 ERP. The Local Application Administrator will be required to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, have proven experience managing priorities and working effectively with internal stakeholders. The successful individual will demonstrate a high level of customer service, intellectual curiosity, accountability, attention to detail and creative problem solving.
Responsibilities:

Daily administration and support of business systems including, but not limited to, managing user setup, system configuration, and layout changes

Work with business stakeholders, developers, and end-users to define requirements, develop, and manage new features and processes within the applications

Manage the software testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating actual software testing with end users

Identify system problems and manage the resolution process

Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

3+ years’ experience working with Sage 100 ERP or similar ERP

1+ year of implementation, development and system configuration experience

Experience with Excel pivot tables

Experience with MS SQL Server

Experience with VB Script

Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with StarShip

Ability to program in C# .NET
