Apple Mac Support Tech – Short Term

We are looking for someone with Apple OS skills that can assist with a workstation update roll-out. The technician will follow a deployment script and perform basic trouble shooting steps where necessary. We have 50 machines that need to be updated and end user data transferred. This will be a short-term assignment lasting 2 – 4 weeks. We are looking to kick off the project the week of 12/12 or 12/19. Ideally we’d complete by end of the year.

$30/hour on a 1099 Basis.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills. You will be interacting one on one with many of our staff members as you upgrade their workstations.

Decent working knowledge of Apple OS X – El Capitan and basic troubleshooting skills.
