Analyst – Agile Business

You will be responsible for partnering with our business team to determine the needs of the business and determining how to use our technical and process solutions to improve the performance of the business. As a Business Analyst, you will be a part of an Agile Squad, consisting of a diverse set is skills (technical, business, etc) to manage the full solution from cradle to grave. You will need to have a working knowledge of the technical capabilities to offer solutions to improve business performance. You will also participate in the technical development and maintenance of the solution.
As the business analyst, it is important that you can quickly understand the business processes that you will supporting, which include the pricing and cost estimating processes. You will also ensure our tools are compliant with legal or company policies.
Agile experience is critical, as we operate using agile techniques, so experience in adopting agile to your teams is needed as the team matures. The job also requires end to end integration across partner teams.

Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship.
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
3+ years of functional understanding of the pricing business process
1+ years hands on development experience in Java, especially using Cloud Technology
2+ years in practicing Agile as either a Business Analyst, Team Lead, Developer, or Iteration Manager
1+ years of successfully managing compliance of technical solutions
3+ years of successfully managing e2e integrations of complex architectures
Demonstrated experience in working directly with business users to understand and prioritize their needs.
Experience with development in Python
Experience with NoSQL databases
Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD)
Experience in Automated Testing
Experience with Data Analyst and their associated tools.
