Amazon Order Fulfillment Associate

We are seeking candidates for an Order Fulfillment Associate to oversee our shipping operation specifically for our Amazon orders. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager, works closely with other warehouse personnel and communicates regularly with our Sales Operations and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

Accountable for the proper execution, accuracy, timeliness and shipping of all Amazon orders, including picking, packing, and shipping

Work with other internal departments such as Receiving and Inventory Control, as well as teams based out of our Seattle, WA headquarters, including Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Marketing

Occasionally direct and train other warehouse associates

Develop and continuously work to improve existing processes and procedures as necessary

Record and troubleshoot all problems related to fulfillment and ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner

Work on special projects as necessary

Report any safety, personnel or other issues to Warehouse Operations Manager

Essential Functions

Ability to communicate verbally and work cooperatively with other employees and management

Ability to able to use computer and other office equipment to accomplish work tasks, including typing and regular use of 10-key

Ability to think critically and communicate complex thoughts and/or ideas in clear and concise manner

Ability to analyze and interpret data

Regular and predictable attendance is a must

Experience and Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a warehouse distribution / order fulfillment position

Extremely detail oriented, with excellent organizational skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong mathematical skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Experience using a lift is a plus

Experience with EDI/ASNs and WMS/ERP is a plus
