Acquisitions/Leasing Analyst – Entry Level

Job Description:

The acquisitions/leasing analyst will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on prospective opportunities including ground-up development and build-to-suit site selection. The analyst will also assist the acquisitions and leasing team with marketing of existing development projects for lease.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Research markets for potential development sites and gather contact information
• Conduct void analysis of current sites for leasing purposes
• Obtain/investigate lease and sale comps as needed for analysis, recommendation, and underwriting of prospective sites
• Assist with miscellaneous business development, and marketing tasks to increase deal flow and operational efficiency

Skills, Education, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with passion for real estate
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and overall understanding of commercial real estate and financial concepts
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of retail real estate industry preferred
