Acquisitions Analyst

Real Estate arm of Private Equity firm is looking for an Acquisitions Analyst to join our growing team. Our firm works directly with large institutional investors acquiring residential property in several states throughout the East Coast. We are looking to find candidates with financial and analytical experience who are highly motivated and detail oriented. The right candidate will be professional, extremely organized, energetic and meticulous in research and mathematics. Duties include underwriting single asset and bulk acquisitions, market research, and data preparation and analysis. This is a full time, salaried position with potential for quarterly incentive pay. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Strong computer skills- specifically spreadsheets, Excel, etc.
• Finance or mathematics background
• Real estate experience is helpful
• Must pass a background check.
