Accounts Payable Specialist

Kyle Mathison Orchards, Inc. is seeking an individual to join our team as a full-time Accounts Payable Technician.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Creating & maintaining vendor records

-Gathering invoice & statements

-Coding

-Invoicing

-Processing payments

-Year-end 1099 tax forms

Qualifications: Experience in accounts payable, strong computer skills, Microsoft Office skills, strong organizational skills, detail orientated, good verbal/written communication skills, knowledge of general accounting concepts. Bilingual preferred. Competitive benefits included.
