Accounting Manager

Hansen-Rice Inc. Construction Company is seeking an Accounting Manager to assist in supporting all aspects of accounting management. This position offers the potential for future growth and leadership opportunities. Requirements include possessing a strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements, plus good leadership and managerial skills. The Accounting Manager role has a heavy emphasis on job costing, assuring accuracy of data in accounts, creating reports, and may also assist with taxes, the annual budget and financials.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting plus 3 to 5 years accounting experience, knowledge of GAAP, accrual base accounting, fixed asset accounting and tax filing requirements. The successful candidate will also be proficient with accounting software, Excel, and Word. This is a full-time position with benefits and the salary will be commensurate with the person’s experience.
