Accounting Clerk

Summary: This position will perform general accounting duties under the direction of the Accounting Supervisor.

Essential Duties:

Credit card management (i.e. chargebacks, PCI compliance)
Invoicing
Reconciling customer accounts
Completing daily deposits
Apply receipts
Processing refunds
Maintain confidentiality

Skills/Abilities:

Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle information in a confidential manner
Have detail-orientation
Ability to operate standard office machines
Ability to perform accurate numeric data entry
Ability to calculate figures and amounts
Ability to sort and alphabetize alpha/numeric information
Able to meet deadlines – at times under pressure

Knowledge of Excel

Education and Requirements:

Knowledge of Great Plains preferred
Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
