Jamaica Hospital Medical Center Queens, NY Accounting

Responsible for accurate and timely preparation and submission of claims to third party carriers and intermediaries. Maintains aged trial balance to ensure accurate financial classes. Follows up aged accounts to Self Pay collection status.

Requirements

One year experience in hospital billing. Prior knowledge of collections. Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Spread sheets (Word, Excel. College degree preferred. Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
